Living here has been pretty good so far. Apartments are new and well equipped. Although the area around the apartment is pretty dead, its very close to downtown and everything is just a 5-10 min drive. The gated parking is good, building is quiet, maintenance people are nice and the elevator is super convenient. Only issues I've had are minor: rarely deliveries can't get into the apartment due to the security system, and the dumpster outside should probably be cleared more often. apart from that it's been great. will make sure to adjust review as needed.
